Inside Lima – El Rimac
Carlos Morelli from InsideLima will talk about “El Rimac”, one of the oldest districts of Lima. Also known as “Abajo el Puente” (Under the Bridge), this traditional quarter reunites many places of interest, like the “Acho” Bullfight Ring the San Cristobal hill – a geographical symbol of the district. We will also talk about Cantagallo, a recent shanty town located in the middle of the Rimac River and occupied by a group of Shipibo people from the Amazon Forest.
